‘Sheep’s Skin’ is the standout track from London trio Headboy’s latest EP. It’s a frenzied track that wanders from a lilting guitar refrain into chaotic moments of heavy distortion, before reaching a complex, almost math rock-esque climax. Lyrically, the track looks at social and government issues with poise and precision: “Jess brought it to the table mid-lockdown when there was a lot of societal distress with government and systems and things felt out of control.
